GOOD NEWS! Finally

So I got an earlier appointment with my surgeon. My orthodontist is awesome, well his staff as well. They talked to my surgeon and had him move my appointment to Feb 21st, thats like 8 or 9 weeks earlier!

So Feb 21st I'll be seeing my surgeon, and March 13th I'll be back to see my orthodontist.
Yay, Thanks for all the good vibes and well wishes.
Now just gotta stay positive that everything goes well at this upcoming appointment.
I'm on reading week that week too, which is awesome because I won't have to miss school.

I just thought I would share some pictures with my children.
I got some really great pictures of them on the weekend but I need to upload them off my Nikon.
My dogs are my life

  1. That is great news, 9 weeks is a huge difference. I will be going to my orthodontist on the 21st to get braces =[ , but just like you, things will work out. Good luck!

  2. You are so pretty... I don't even know you, but I already like you soo much! My poor english vocabulary doesn't afford me to describe everything I want to wish you:( I believe you'll get everything you want!
    Good luck from Ukraine.

  3. @ Tom: thats awesome, same day!! hopefully thats a lucky day and everything goes great for both of us!

@ Rennylson: Thank you for your well wishes :)

    @ Amanda: thanks :D I'm so happy

  4. how exciting for you to finally get this process going! do you know if you'll be getting your braces off soon after your surgery once if recovers? or is there still other steps that need to happen?

i'm getting braces on again next week (my open bite has come back a little) and your blog has definitely inspired me to write and share about my experience.

  5. oh my gosh these are so freakily close to when my next appointments are! Mine are the 24th of feb and the 16th of march! literally only 3 days difference woahhh
It's so exciting! I'm so glad all your issues with making appointments have been sorted:) xx

  6. Terra,

Thank you for your kind words on my blog!! Considering my age, It was a very big commitment to undergo a double jaw surgery. Thankfully, I have had the best support. Having my blog page has given a voice to my process. I have no regrets, and am full to the brim with gratitude that I made the decision to improve my life!! Hang in there, I will follow your progress and cheer you on. If you ever have questions, please let me know!!

  7. So happy for you, Terra! I will keep good thoughts and prayers with you and cannot wait for your next update! GOOD LUCK!
